- Support the team in General Administrative matters
- Demonstrate proficiency in document control and implementing quality management systems.
- Record employees' medical and annual leave; manage staff medical claims.
- Oversee all project administration documents, covering processing, filing, and internal communication.
- Collaborate closely with the team on new project assignments.
- Ensure compliance of all project documentation with the requirements of both our project team and the client.
- Contribute insights to Project Documentation Plans (DMP) and manage naming conventions.
- Maintain facilities and databases for efficient operation of the document control function.
- Ensure uniformity in documentation (template, reference, version No., etc.), overseeing formatting and compilation.
- Manage internal and external communications, including the tracking of outgoing and incoming emails.
- Oversee all aspects of project administration documents, including processing, filing, and management.
- Maintain records of project expenses.
- Perform Meeting Minutes.
- Provide support to Project Managers as required.
- Assist with ad hoc administration or document-related tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- At least Diploma/Degree in Business or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
