Job Description
- Arrange client interviews and administer evaluation battery.
- Prepare and facilitate group-based activities.
- Track clients’ treatment progress and prepare treatment report.
- Collate and manage studies related to research.
- Conduct literature reviews and write reports.
- Data extraction/collection, management, cleaning, and collation.
- Transcribe audio/video recordings and assist with the focus group.
- Analyze research data and present findings.
- Design info posters, presentations, and other dissemination materials for corporate functions and capability building.
- Administrative support and other ad-hoc research support.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Psychology).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in any statistical software (SPSS/R/Stata).
- Experience with online data collection platforms (e.g., SurveyGizmo, Qualtrics, etc.) is more advantageous.
- Experience in digital communication/design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CANVA, Piktochart, video editing, etc.) is more advantageous.
- Previous experience in research/relevant qualifications is more advantageous.
