RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for Technical Presales engineering with a primary focus on Enterprise Accounts.
- Strong ability to understand issues and position solutions that meet or exceed our customers' requirements across various technologies
- Aligns with the Outside Sales team to represent organisation's core
- Uses knowledge of technology, products, and services to build collaboration solutions (and solution options) for the customer.
- Works with the Outside Sales team to obtain technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into IT solutions.
- Responsible for the coordination, delivery, and quality of presales technology solution deliverables within the domain of the opportunity that may include items such as configurations, architectural diagrams, and proposals.
- Develops and fosters relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key data center partners who are local to your region and/or territory
- Assists in statement of work review and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and technical sales skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of technical enterprise presales experience with a focus on solution sales & relevant certifications.
- Previous technical presales experience in Enterprise accounts
- Strong experience with multiple of the following OEMs: Cisco Systems, F5, Palo Alto Networks, VMware, Etc...
- Passion for driving customer outcome-based solutions
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to travel within the region and as needed to support customer accounts
- Experience with a Cisco Gold Partner is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience required
