The Talent
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.

Job Description
- Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the mall’s activities.
- To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for mall’s programs and various initiatives to drive sales.
- To manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
- Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding.
- Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms.
- To proactively market in-mall advertising spaces to generate additional revenue for the mall.
- To manage and supervise Digital Service Advocates.
