Job Description:
- Assist staff enquiries and requests on HR matters.
- Handle monthly payroll, CPF and yearly IRAS submission.
- Manage all insurance matters including yearly renewal.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing system.
- Manage all medical and workmen injury compensation claims.
- Assist HR Manager/HRBP in planning and preparing annual headcount reports, HR Reports, etc.
- Manage and monitor all foreign workers’ work pass matters.
- Handle all foreign workers’ dormitory matters.
- Administer the annual performance appraisal, salary review and promotion exercises for operational levels.
- Handle leave management and internal subcontractor system.
- Handle all staff welfare activities.
- Responsible for the submission of all government claims.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good communication skill.
- Must be a team player.
- Good knowledge in Employment Act.
- Preferably with SAGE EPE experience.
