Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Homestay Accommodation Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential hosts, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into active homestay accommodations for our international students.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Outreach and Calling: Utilize provided leads to make outbound calls to potential homestay hosts.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential hosts, addressing any concerns, and providing information about the benefits of hosting international students.
  • Conversion: Effectively communicate the advantages of becoming a host, addressing queries, and guiding hosts through the onboarding process.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Homestay Accommodation Team to coordinate and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Available immediately
  • 4-6 hours/day, flexible hours between 10am and 8pm

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
