Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive documentation of the system enhancements and fixes
- Track and monitor internal and external stakeholders’ requests on system enhancements and fixes;
- Manage internal and external stakeholders’ enquiries and feedback on the system
- Collate and prepare data for analysis
Requirements
- Min Degree.
- Only Singaporeans.
- Experience in IT system management, data processing and database management will be an added advantage
