Responsibilities
Understand end-to-end context of flows and what our users need to achieve their objectives, including.
Steps and actions required to complete tasks
Dependencies to various secondary user group(s) or personas
Key pain-points of current flows
Key business objectives of RM Workbench
Ensure Consistent Designs & Experience
Produce high fidelity designs based on wireframes and design library provided, in the form of;
Desktop web application for desktop users, with responsiveness for 100% and 150% display scaling
Mobile web application for iPhone users, along with secondary support for iPad users
Skills/Requirement
Be aware of ongoing deliverables across multiple squads to;
Identify and highlight dependencies of front-end functionalities that may impact other squads
Harmonize inconsistencies
Understand constraints of PEGA platform and design around front-end limitations while adhering to internal design library
Be aware of technology stack and ensure design solutions cater to overall system limitations
