Job Description & Requirements
- Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from subsidiary companies from various countries.
- Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing quotation, invoice, navigating customer to payment platform , issuing sales order , purchase orders to other trade-related documents.
- Responsible for shipment arrangement and inventory management (including stocktaking) to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with sales staffs in daily operation and prepare reports if needed
Qualifications and Requirement
· Able to coordinate with different stakeholders and be able to communicate with Chinese spoken supply chain team.
· Able to adapt to a fast-growing environment.
· Willing to do hands-on jobs and other administration tasks.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
