Job Scope:

  • Support Senior Manager, Organisation Development in delivering initiatives that help to shape and deliver continuous programmes for change.
  • Support the development of a learning culture that promotes that ongoing development of staff and collaboration between teams.
  • Perform administration, course registration, funding strategies, training bonds and logistics support
  • Plan and develop pool of credible training and/or service providers.
  • All other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

  • ITE/Diploma/ Bachelor in Human Resource Management and other related studies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource/ Learning and Organisation Development
  • Proficient with MS Office

Location:

National Stadium (Stadium MRT)


Working Hours:

Mon to Fri: 830am – 6pm


Salary:

$11/hr


Contract Duration:

1 Year
