Job Responsibilities:
- Surveying knowledge for all aspects of Boundary, GPS, Topographic and Control Surveying
- Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation
- Supervise the survey and setting out works using approved pre-computation plans obtained from client
- Responsible for the coordination of the whole project as per site progress schedule
- Able to use total station survey instrument of GPS system
- Places survey markers to establish control point and work boundaries
- Uses trigonometry and other mathematic functions extensively
- Responsible for providing accurate survey data
- Creates proper drawings on completed survey points installed on site
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements:
- Graduate with educational qualifications recognized by Land Surveyors Board (LSB)
- Fulfill 1 year’s practical survey work experience under the supervision of a surveyor with a Practicing Certificate
- Pass the Professional Practice Examination
- Pass the Professional Interview
- Apply to LSB to be a registered surveyor (issued with a certificate of registration)
