Job Responsibilities:
· Review and recommend areas of improvements to the operational processes and procedures and electronic procurement portal.
· Review and recommend areas of improvements to the information organisation, information flow, and ease of use of information for the users.
· Update relevant documentation and message content where necessary.
Identify and review outdated or irrelevant portal message content and recommend relevant portal content.
· Co-ordinate with and gather requirements from different teams to ensure accurate and complete information for the users.
Perform any other required tasks assigned by the management to support operations.
Experience:
· Degree/ Diploma in related field.
a. Good communication skills through verbal and written presentation in the English language.
b. Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive work attitude.
c. Knowledge in business domain knowledge in government procurement, GeBIZ portal and the portal operations.
d. Ability to work with different teams, gather and analyse requirements and recommend areas of improvement independently.
· Working knowledge in the following areas:
· Singapore Government procurement guidelines;
· Use of Government electronic Business Portal;
· Use of Internet Browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge/ Internet Explorer etc;
· Use of applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Dynamics etc;
· Virtual Assistant Tools
· HTML programming.
· At least 3 years of relevant and recent work experience that demonstrates the competencies in providing support for portal content management.
Security Clearance Requirement
a. The candidate will be subjected to security clearance
· To Note: All candidates must be available for interviews within 5 working days of closure of the ITQ. Candidates will also sit for a written test. This Candidate has to be a Local.
