Responsibilities
- Post and monitor job advertisements
- Conduct basic screening calls and arrange interviews
- Collate candidates’ documents
- Collate training courses for Annual Training Catelog
- Register staff training and track training status
- Research and prepare proposal on health screening vendors
- Support expat management relating to car and housing renewal
- Source and arrange service apartment for expats arrival
- Support welfare activities
- ·Any other ad-hoc tasks and HR projects as assigned by Superior
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in a HR role
- Recruitment & knowledge Employment Act is a bonus
- Able to start work immediately
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel & Word
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible and well-organized
