The eCommerce Manager will lead and execute best in class .COM and eCommerce initiatives to drive sales and provide a market competitive client experience. The role will be responsible for driving business growth of the digital commerce ecosystem in South Asia Pacific and ensuring a seamless end-to-end omni-channel client experience to support the retail teams. Collaborating with all levels of the organisation cross functionally to deliver results. This role will report to Director Omni Channel, South Asia Pacific.


Key Responsibilities


eCommerce P&L and Operations

  • Deliver profitability through consistent business performance KPIs, pragmatic approach to changing business conditions and customer behavior through insights from customer analysis, site funnel analysis (traffic quality, content engagement, product discovery and conversion), and voice of the customer analysis
  • Work with regional and global partners in eCommerce Operations, Logistics, IT and Client Services to set up eCommerce operations and ensure operational excellence in site performance, order fulfillment and delivery
  • Collaborate with global and regional Merchandising and Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure effective product assortment, inventory planning and merchandising
  • Manage and guide external business partners to ensure ECommerce daily operations are ethical, and compliant to regulations/internal control and achieve desired client satisfaction KPIs


eCommerce System Development & Enhancement

  • Develop eCommerce system and for .COM with global, regional and local project teams, leading the local implementation
  • Lead hands-on on business process design and front-end design for localization for Commerce Cloud and relevant functionalities in other system
  • Manage Commerce Cloud and launch new capabilities or enhancements for South Asia Pacific including requirements gathering, translation of requirements into workable specification, in collaboration with key stakeholders


Omni-ECommerce Business strategy

  • Develop eCommerce business strategy including yearly business target, KPIs, and budget in line with South Asia Pacific ECommerce trend and global perspective
  • Drive long term business growth of the Tiffany eCommerce ecosystem, both brand website and marketplaces, through prioritized initiatives aligned with global digital commerce strategy
  • Collaborate with global, regional and local teams to elevate omni-channel client experience via owned digital platforms


Cross-functional collaboration

  • Lead and manage key omnichannel initiatives and projects
  • Be the liaison and collaborate/communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient eCommerce daily operation leading to meeting business target and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Drive collaborative initiatives with external digital platforms to grow online business and elevating brand equity


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years related eCommerce and omni-channel experience in a B2C space
  • Project management skills and experience in eCommerce / relevant system functionality development projects
  • Knowledge in UX design and front-end development
  • Experience in developing long-term strategic plans while managing to short term sales and budget targets
  • Strong business judgment and analytical thinking, turning insights into prioritized business action while fostering innovation in a fast-moving space
  • Experience forming strong cross-functional relationships with business partners in a global matrix organization
  • Experience managing digital marketplaces / eCommerce vendors
  • Strong sense of responsibility to be flexible for collaboration with different time zones and immediate handling of critical issues when required
