Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Board, Senior Management and key stakeholders on the development of 5-year strategic plan (2025-2029). This will involve developing and refining strategies, setting key performance indicators and making contributions to budgeting.
· Assist in driving the organisation’s corporate planning process.
· Monitor achievements in its strategic plan and corporate scorecard.
· Assist in the engagement and regular reporting to key funders.
· Monitor industry intelligence for benchmarking purposes.
· Manage Board matters including Board of Governors and their terms of reference, Board member relations, coordination of Board meetings and relevant papers for Board’s approval.
· Assist in governance oversight over CRM database including setting out policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and protection.
· Assist in compliance and regular reporting on charity governance.
· Assist in other related areas including risk register, Emergency / Business Continuity Planning and other duties as assigned by D/SMD.
· Perform and oversee secretariat duties for regular management meetings.
Requirements:
· Degree holder with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience especially in strategic planning and strategy development.
· Good critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills (i.e. written and spoken).
· Good knowledge of corporate governance (especially for charities), risk management, business continuity planning, and CRM database design and management.
· Mature, resilient and able to navigate around uncertainties.
· Flexible and adaptive mindset.
· Good team player and able to work in a matrix team structure.
· Experience in dealing with Government Ministries and public agencies.
· Knowledge of PDPA and data analytics would be advantageous.
