BGC Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Sourcing Manager. In this role, they will play a crucial part in researching, sourcing, attracting and engaging with talents or candidates across various industries.


Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain talent maps for key industries, providing valuable insights into potential candidates and market trends.
  • Work closely and collaborate with the recruitment team to understand specific client requirements, hiring needs and priorities to tailor talent maps accordingly.
  • Employ creative methods to engage with potential candidates, including social media, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to attract passive candidates, fostering relationships.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.
  • Conduct market research on competitor landscapes and talent pools.
  • Ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
  • Devise and implement innovative search and sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates for different sectors.
  • Provide timely and relevant updates on research and talent sourcing activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Continually research and identify new trends, practices, and technology that will support the recruitment business to stay up to date with industry standards.


Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years in experience in talent sourcing, market mapping, or research roles within a recruitment agency or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Possess strong research skills and a passion for discovering top talent.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
