- Position Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager/ Sales & Marketing Manager
- Working Location: Bishan
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am – 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products (eg comics, books, magazines) to the market.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the quota and goals are met. (For now it is an independent role)
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
