- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Respond to site to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Provide support (maintain and upgrade) for in-house applications.
- Keep inventory of hardware and maintenance records
- Monitor condition of server, apps and security measures
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems of the scope
- Provide Tech support on any IT issues and onsite IT support in a professional and courteous manner.
- Setting up account for new users
- Ensure timely escalation of major and critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 -2 years experience in systems and network design, setup maintenance and troubleshooting / post-
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assigned.
