Responsibilities
- Providing end to end service coordination with both internal (sales, service, warehouse) and external customers or suppliers.
- Providing administrative support to Operations and Service team
- Coordinate on all project activities from procurement to order or service delivery
- Resolve service team admin issues timely
- Monitor project progress, preparation and submission to finance for timely billing
- Carry out administrative tasks including data input, maintaining records, paperwork and proper filing
- Tracking, checking of all service reports and follow up with engineers to ensure timely submission
- Handling enquiries from customers and suppliers
- Involve in internal audit
- Involve in quarterly stock take
