Roles & Responsibilies of this job role:
- In charge of all kitchen operations
- Plan and direct food preparations and culinary activities
- Handling of all customer requirements and complain issues
- To abide the Company's rules and regulations
- Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
- Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards
- Manages work along with other kitchen staff
- Ensure proper food service temperature
- Seasons food according to recipes and company needs
- Orders ingredients and spices as needed
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer
- Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
- Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
- Devises new recipes
- Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation
- Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
- Ensure Food preparation in right quality and quantity and time consious, which match to the prompt food delivery for every client orders
Requirements for this job role:
- Must be experienced in cooking full fledged Indian Cuisines
- Must be able to prepare authentic South Indian and North Indian recipes
- Must have 10+ years of previous local cooking experience in similar firms .
- Must be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- Must be able to flexibly workduring peak hours and season times of business.
