Job scope:

  • Manage work pass application and renewal
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Process payroll using payroll calculation tools
  • Submit statutory claims - NSmen, Maternity, Childcare Leave
  • Supports employment area with scheduling interviews
  • Assist in documentation and filing
  • Preparing and sending out of invoices
  • Following up on accounts receivables
  • Office General Administration works
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • Traning provided

Job requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human resource
  • Entry level applicants are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across organisation
  • Meticulous approach to tasks, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information, always maintaining confidentiality
