Job scope:
- Manage work pass application and renewal
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Process payroll using payroll calculation tools
- Submit statutory claims - NSmen, Maternity, Childcare Leave
- Supports employment area with scheduling interviews
- Assist in documentation and filing
- Preparing and sending out of invoices
- Following up on accounts receivables
- Office General Administration works
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Traning provided
Job requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human resource
- Entry level applicants are welcome
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across organisation
- Meticulous approach to tasks, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information, always maintaining confidentiality
