- Diploma / Graduate in Banking and Finance
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations
- Candidate has worked in a Banking Ops role (middle office or back office) in any of the Run The Bank Process with Settlements exp
- The candidate needs to demonstrate a level of efficiency and attention to detail while under pressure strictly adhering to timelines
- interface with internal and external clients to provide operational and administrative support as needed
- See that Operations processes comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
- Interacted with the middle/front office to resolve trade discrepancies and articulate risks
- Great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs and process flows
- Familiar with Corporate Action events, i.e. bond maturity, coupon payment calculation etc. Will be an added advantage
