Job Description
1) Stay updated with HR policies and procedures
2) Be knowledgeable on the availability of government grants which aid the company
3) Assist in the start-to-end recruitment process as well as the on/off-boarding of employees
4) Communicate the job expectations clearly to new-hires while conducting work reviews twice yearly
5) Communicate with educational institutes for tertiary/ university internship placements
6) Follow-up with the renewal of employees contracts when due
7) Prepare monthly and quarterly reports (e.g. FWL report for data analysis, CPF submissions, etc.)
8) Handle all employee medical insurance claim, WICA & common law cases
9) Maintain and assist in the preparation and maintenance of employees personal files and records (e.g. employment contracts, etc.)
10) Manage and keep track of all foreign workers pass application status, renewal and cancellation (as and when necessary)
11) Handling employee relations, implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
12)Responsible for performance management, training and development, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
1) Bilingual in English and Chinese would be preferred
2) Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, business related or any similar educational certification in a related field
3) ≥ 2 years of experience in a related field
4) Able to communicate well with others
5) Tech-savvy & MS Office proficient
6) Basic recruitment knowledge
7) Possess great organisational skills and time management
8) Strong analytical skills with a positive attitude, committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
9)Accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to uphold confidential information.
10) Experienced in payroll and recruiment is an advantage.
