As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling our company's professional services to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, articulate the value proposition of our professional services, and collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and objectives.
· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, utilizing a consultative approach to tailor our group’s professional services to address specific client pain points.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client objectives.
· Articulate the unique benefits and value proposition of our group’s professional services, showcasing a keen awareness of client needs.
· Develop customized solutions that meet client needs and align with their strategic goals.
· Collaborate with compliance and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and can be successfully onboarded.
· Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, consistently aiming to surpass revenue targets.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to adjust sales approach accordingly.
· Participate in the development of sales collateral, proposals, and presentations.
· Maintain dynamic and accurate sales, showcasing your ability to prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and strategic significance.
· Prioritize opportunities based on potential revenue, client fit, and strategic importance.
· Provide regular, transparent updates to management regarding pipeline status and precise sales forecasts.
· Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including compliance, corporate secretarial, accounting, work pass, payroll, recruitment delivery, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified and exceptional client experience.
· Collaborate with the compliance, corporate secretarial, accounting teams to transition sold projects and ensure successful transition on clients onboarding.
Requirements:
· Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
· Proven track record in professional services or solution sales.
· Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Experience in managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
· Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Knowledge of the company's products and services is a plus.
· Availability during official working hours, while also demonstrating flexibility by taking calls and addressing client needs outside standard working hours.
