- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct company training programs.
- Develop and improve training materials for consistency and quality.
- Discuss with different parties for training needs.
- Analyze service metrics to identify and improve gaps.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis for yearly training
- Record and document all the necessary details
- Assist in performance management and appraisal.
- Cultivate a positive team culture.
- Other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 year of HR in Training and Payroll experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
