Responsibilities
- Manage production activities by reviewing daily production data.
- Work closely with engineering to improve on machine down time and yield.
- Managing a group of supervisors and production personnel for driving productivity and cost improvement.
- Assured employees are properly trained and disciplined for procedure compliance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher or its equivalent with min 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Related knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding is required.
- Possess initiative, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proven leadership ability to lead the team in daily operations requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
