Job Scope
- Assist in the management of common land area within the Complex
- Conduct regular site inspections on Company-owned facilities and coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Coordinate minor building maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and provide supervision during works
- Ensure optimal housekeeping standards and adherence to safety regulations for areas under charge
- Prepare and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) system
- Assist to manage Septic Tank maintenance, Visitor Carpark, Fuel station and Groundwater Monitoring Wells
- Oversee the bicycle management system
- Handle mail dispatch, office safety & security, and occasional driving tasks
- Assist in Jurong Island / Visitor Management System / Safety Induction Training applications
- Provide support in safety initiatives, including active participation in Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) activities, and contribute to the PCS Employee Participation Scheme (PEPS)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Higher NITEC and/or equivalent experience, preferably in Facilities Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
