Responsibilities:
- Efficiently deliver after-sales technical services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of the company's home kitchen products island-wide, while ensuring an ample supply of maintenance parts in the personal vehicle.
- Conduct basic user training, prepare and explain after-service reports to customers, and represent the company professionally as a frontline staff member.
- Collaborate as a team with internal and external co-workers, promptly address outstanding issues, and provide necessary service and assistance as directed by the company, including spare part management.
- Offer high-level technical support internally and externally, innovate for optimal service quality, and collaborate with contract technicians to address customer issues, grade return stock, and work on field-testing for new products.
Requirements
- One year of practical experience in servicing home appliances.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving both mechanical and electrical issues.
- Possess Class 3 Driving license.
