The Associate Director, TBFI sales is critical to making this happen and will have accountability to maximise Transaction Banking opportunities and grow revenue for your assigned portfolio and leverage on market and bank networks to offer differentiating product propositions. Our customers operate globally and this role emphasises the critical importance of global co-ordination. Theportfolio comprises NBFI clients including Funds, Insurance, Brokers/Dealers and as part of the TBFI sales team, we are always at the forefront in the latest Transaction Banking developments. There will be ample opportunities to unlock and execute regional client solutions.
The main accountabilities of this role will be;
- Managing and growing a portfolio of clients with operations spanning multi-regions
- Define and implement tactical sales strategies and initiatives. The role has additional focus on PCM and Liquidity Management Solutions and Regional Sales activities
- Deepen client relationship, support or lead RFI and RFP’s responses, presentations and product demonstrations through good understanding of clients’ requirements
- Support and execute our set business objectives and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across the globe from FIG Relationship Management, Product Partners in Payment and Cash Management (PCM) and Trade Finance (Trade), and Enablement teams to deliver positive outcomes and desired customer experience
- While achieving your set revenue and returns target, you will also be exercising strong discipline in well-managed agenda; through proactive escalation of risk and compliance issues to the appropriate business partners
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong experience in Transaction Banking (Treasury, Payments and Cash Management, Trade Finance), preferably with the Financial Institutions /Non-Bank Financial Institutions segment
- Ability to identify and develop sales strategies and portfolio growth plans
- Ability to manage competing agendas/priorities across the portfolio and with multiple stakeholders
- Result oriented with strong display of perseverance. Solutions driven mindset
- Autonomous self-starter and meticulous in work quality and standards, and also a collaborative team player
- Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Analytics software.
