Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of System Support experience
- Skills on File Transfer/System Support/Java/SQL/XML/Oracle/SAP
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all data interfaces between systems
- Perform system patching, application patch deployment and reporting.
- Ensure the good levels of systems and application availability.
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes.
- Maintain and update security and vulnerabilities register.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
