Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 8am-5.30pm (Mon-Thu), 8am-5pm (Fri)
Salary: $2000 - $2300
Location: Kaki Bukit
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and documentation support to the sales team
- Read and understand orders – to ensure it can be fulfilled smoothly.
- To ensure orders are placed correctly and timely.
- Keep track the delivery status of orders regularly to avoid late penalty.
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer’s inquiries.
- Follow up with factory about the delivery schedule, technical clarification and documentation
- Maintain & update filing and database system regularly – QTN / Sales
- Support day-to-day operations – Prepare Proforma Invoice, follow up deposit/advance payment, shipping instruction and shipping documents.
- Prepare and apply of Certificate of Origin
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
