We specialise in delivering innovative digital solutions and creative strategies to our clients. As we continue to expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Director to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building: Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base in Singapore.
    Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs.
  2. Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement strategies for business growth in alignment with the agency's goals.
    Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion within the digital market.
  3. Agency Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to understand our capabilities and effectively communicate them to clients.
    Work closely with creative, technical, and project management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  4. Market Research:Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
    Utilize market insights to shape business development strategies.
  5. Proposal Development and Presentation:Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for client pitches.
    Effectively communicate the agency's value proposition and unique selling points.
  6. Revenue Generation:Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the agency.
    Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development within a creative agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
