Our client is a leading trading and industrial plant business with more than a century of proven excellence. They are currently looking to hire a dynamic Senior Accounting Manager.
The Role
In this role you will be reporting to the Managing Director while leading a team of accountants. You will play a critical role of managing the full spectrum of finance/accounting matters, including financial and management reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecast and monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts closing while liaising with external auditors and professional advisors on related matters.
In addition, you will be responsible for the accounting processes, asset management and financial systems of the group. As well as ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations and corporate financial policies and good corporate governance.
Your Profile
As a qualified candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the follow related experiences:
- Strong knowledge of group financial reporting and consolidation experience, ideally with corporate tax computation and management reporting.
- Good experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel skill (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
- Highly experienced with complex consolidation experience in companies with 5 or more entities regionally.
- Familiar in working with various currencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
