This advertisement is for a recruiting position for a Student Care Executive.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Secondary School located in Woodlands Ave 1.
Contract Period: From 01 February 2024 to 31 July 2024.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Student Care Executive Duties
- Attendance matters
- Discipline duties
- Oversee special programmes for at-risk students
- Patrolling within school compound
- Patrolling the immediate neighborhood around school
- Accompany school staff for house-visits
- Assist in smoking cessation programme
- Student management administrative duties
- Canteen duties
- Other ad-hoc duties for at-risk students
2. Assist School Administrative Team in clerical work, receptionist duties and minimal estate management (if needed to)
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and qualities:
- Qualification
- Preferably GCE ‘O” Level certificate
- Those with no academic certificate but with relevant experience may still apply
2. Skills
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Able to communicate in English and one other language(i.e. Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
- IT Savvy. Proficient in MS Office
- Receptive and abe to work independently
- Excellent team player who is organised, meticulous and with ability to mulit-task
3. Experienced
- Preferably one (1) year of working experience with challenging students
