Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to outlet manager within small casual dining group.
- Carry out daily operations in the service department to maintain and improve service quality and restuarnt cleanliness
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and and excellent customer experience
- Monitor outlet operations to ensure compliance with company service, quality and safety standards
- Look to improve service standards and tak eactive role in outlet management
- Assist the manager in ensuring service crew are able to meet all required standards
- Interact with customers and make recomendations, take orders and answer questions.
