Marketing Strategy Manager

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Strategy Manager to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies that not only maximize revenue but also deliver exceptional value to our customers.
- Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and launch new products and experiences that align seamlessly with our brand and exceed customer expectations.
- Rollover Execution Plans: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including campaigns and promotions, to drive traffic and revenue during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Member/Customer Data Analysis: Utilize customer data and market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Sales and Operations Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to drive sales and achieve strategic goals.
- Marketing Goal Strategy: Develop and lead the marketing team in planning and executing strategies to meet targets and objectives effectively.
- Positive Media Coverage: Drive positive media coverage and external publicity by developing and executing a communications plan to generate excitement and awareness.
- Press Office Management: Maintain press office duties, including drafting media releases, FAQs, presentations, and other publicity materials.
- Storytelling and Content Curation: Collaborate with teams across playparks to identify and support storytelling efforts, curate content, and assets for owned and earned channels.
- Media Relations: Build and nurture media relations to enhance their understanding and support of indoor playparks.
- Issues and Crisis Management: Support in issues and crisis management communication, ensuring a proactive and effective response, as well as stakeholder communications.
- Corporate Communications Guidelines: Provide consultation on corporate communications guidelines to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency and alignment.

Requirements

- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Mass Communications / Journalism / Marketing
- At least 6 years (Marketing Manager) of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
- Experience in managing complex narratives with a variety of audiences.
- Keen understanding of multi-channel media landscape and news cycle with proven success of achieving earned media coverage. Knowledge in regional media landscape a plus.
- Proven experience in content creation.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, project management and administration
- Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and detail oriented with ability to document requirements and processes.
- Personable, with strong interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively with wide variety of individuals.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, able to balance multiple projects and deal with pressure.
- Experience with mass email tools (such as MailChimp), HTML, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with FinalCut Pro, I Movie or I Photo a plus.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools
