Job Description

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges in the automotive sector.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives and the automotive industry's trends. This includes campaigns for product launches, brand promotions, and market penetration.
  3. Brand Management: Oversee and enhance the brand's presence in the automotive market. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  4. Product Promotion: Plan and execute promotional activities for automotive products or services. This may include digital campaigns, print advertising, events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  5. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print media.
  6. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with customers, including loyalty programs, customer feedback initiatives, and community building.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated optimally for maximum impact.
  8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with sales teams, product development teams, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  9. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, using metrics and analytics to guide future marketing decisions.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  2. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of automotive products, services, and consumer behavior. Experience in automotive industry preffered.
  3. Marketing Expertise: Solid background in marketing principles, including digital marketing, market research, brand management, and campaign execution.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
