We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, to join a leading company in the oil and gas industry. The primary responsibilities include handling talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Design and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Conduct annual employee pulse surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans accordingly
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant learning and development programs
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- Work closely with leadership to identify key positions and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for critical roles
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with minimum 8 years of HR experience
- Working experience with Oil & Gas companies is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
