Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Campus IT Services department in all general and administrative matters.
- Procurement of hardware, IT related consumables, software for departments.
- Prepare, record and keep track of Purchase Orders, Delivery orders, invoices and license renewal.
- Track expenditures and budget.
- Organize and facilitate department activities/ Team building.
- Perform uploading and maintenance of departmental information to the Intranet.
- Assist in the scheduling of meetings and documentation of minutes with Schools/Admin/Vendors.
- Record keeping of system documentations and maintenance of operations guide.
- Monitor of annual license renewal for subscription-based applications.
- Assist the Chief IT Officer in all other assigned duties.
- Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating events.
- Participate in university-wide events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Diploma Certification
- IT Savvy / Competency
- Meticulous and organized.
- Possess high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and multi-task at the same time.
- Excellent in MS Excel and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
