Team Introduction
The Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all our products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.
The Global Network team in Global Payments ensures a stable, professional and efficient overseas payment solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. This includes tasks such as building general service capabilities, payment instruction orchestration engine, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of software engineers, including roadmap planning, system designing, and code reviews.
2. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
3. Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.
Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 10 years of relevant work experience, including technical management of software developers and architects.
3. Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems.
4. Experience in the payments industry and/or with payments-related products is a plus.
5. 5 years of experience in leading highly-complex, technically-challenging, cross-functional software oriented projects from inception to delivery is a plus.
