Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Greeting and assisting office visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Directing visitors to designated meeting areas and providing necessary information.
- Building and maintaining spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents for leadership staff.
- Assisting with data entry, record-keeping, and document organization.
- Applying for and renewing business licenses from relevant authorities.
- Keeping track of license expiration dates and ensuring timely renewals.
- Collaborating with team members on various projects as assigned.
- Managing and organizing project-related documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Yearly contract basic
