The Group expanded rapidly since its inception in 2019 and now has 7 conveniently located branches across the island. The Group is also acquiring a new building to set up the 8th branch in the next few months. To complement its suite of self-storage solutions, the Group also added moving services, wine storage and co-working spaces to our product offerings for customers.


The Group is now recruiting more motivated, dynamic and friendly individuals to join the Team to support its business expansion and restructuring initiatives:


IT MANAGER / ASST IT MANAGER


The IT Manager will plan, establish and manage IT and technical components of the Company’s strategic plans. The position covers responsibility for overseeing all things hardware, software and systems implementation – along with selected outsourced partners.


The IT Manager is also responsible for providing support to the Company to manage the day-to-day IT systems and networks.


This position requires a technically savvy individual who is extremely well organized and adept at communicating both verbally and in writing with stakeholders across the Company.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, establish and manage IT and technical components of the Company’s strategic plans with the management team.
  • With outsourced partners, be the company point-of-contact for implementation support for CRM, ERP or similar new systems.
  • Set and track project milestones, and provide status updates to the management team and stakeholders
  • Develop IT administrative process improvements
  • Manage hardware ordering process and coordinate inventory of IT assets including documenting all IT equipment assigned to staff
  • Setup new hardware and conduct staff onboarding for new systems and updates
  • Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including managing invoicing, and payment processes
  • Keep IT licenses and leases up-to-date
  • Perform systems administration functions for the various systems/technologies used within the organization.

* IP Telephony

* Cloud-based storage

* Email system

* Domain & Hosting management

* Robotic Storage


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, over the phone or remote troubleshooting of end-user IT devices and connectivity issues in a timely manner
  • Familiarize and assist end-users on basic software, hardware
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in IT related faculty
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT leadership role
  • Experience in ERP and implementation with be advantageous.
  • Strategic minded with ability to understand all aspects of the business and investment
  • Ability to make value added changes to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Hands-on team player and able to communicate well with all level of employees
  • Friendly and proactive personality.
