Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operation of the project and ensure all related architectural activities are carried out as per drawings
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordination
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all architectural finishing works on-site
- Coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and the accuracy of construction drawings, charts, and forms
- Ensure quality of work is achieved and safety regulations are complied with
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Possess experience in LTA projects will be a huge plus
