Responsibilities:
- Managing of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday
