About the Role:
The Service & Delivery Department is looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager based in Singapore. You will play a major role to lead and manage projects delivery, monitor supply chains and logistics, perform technical issue management, liaise partners for service opportunities exploration and service quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer, partners and China counterpart to support & escalated issues. Focus on result and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and track supply chain to ensure product shipment ETA.
- Develop field support plan and change plan to guarantee service delivery quality.
- Monitor FRU dispatch/return status.
- Manage implementation projects during full life cycle. Including product shipping, Proof of Delivery, Site Survey, Primarily Acceptance and Final Acceptance.
- Interface with partners in Singapore for skills and service quality improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related.
- 8 years working experience in IT vendor or SI.
- Familiar with X86 server architecture
- Experience with project management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at same time.
