Warehouse / Supply Chain Manager/Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead, drive, and in charge of warehouse operations, meeting customer requirements and achieving agreed key performance indicators

2. Review warehouse processes for optimization and lead Management of Change

3. Plan warehouse storage layout to achieve optimization

4. Lead a team to prepare tender documents and response RFQ

5. Acquire new business accounts from the general pool of RFQ/tender and via personal network

6. Manage & coach a team of executives to conduct sales & optimization project

7. Adhere to statutory / company’s safety and health policies, procedures and regulations

8. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree holders in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred
2. More than 3 years managing a warehouse in a third-party logistics company & more than 2 years of sales/business development experience
3. No Petrochemical or Chemical warehouse experience is required
4. Good communication skills and customer-oriented
5. Able to multi-tasked and meet timeline
