Roles and responsibility:

1. Organizing and scheduling appointments with Google Calendar

2. Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes

3. Handle some aspects of corporate secretarial matters including Company incorporations, striking off Company etc.

4. To prepare board resolutions and minutes of meetings

5. Update and maintain registers and corporate secretarial records

6. Perform e-filing with ACRA and e-stamping transactions with IRAS

7. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation

8. Provide secretarial support to company top management


Requirements:

· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

· Able to work both in a team environment and independently.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.

· Be flexible and adaptable in working styles.

· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.

· On job training will be provided.
