We are currently expanding and looking for senior/ sales associate who would be responsible for sales generation, delivering a positive customer experience and perform a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards etc.
Some of the main job scope include:
1. Customer Experience
- Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
- Create a positive first impression for the customer by showing an energetic attitude and by adhering to the GUESS? dress code
- Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
- Provide customers with current and relevant product information
- Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintains cash wrap cleanliness
- Attempt to add on to the sale and build the look
- Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database
2. Cooperation & Dependability
- Satisfactory completion all duties as assigned by management
- Being punctual and adhering to designated work schedule
- Being flexible and working well with peers & management to accomplish duties
- Follow GUESS? Policies and Procedures
- Perform housekeeping duties as required
3. Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related activities including daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding and floor change etc.
- Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company
- Participate in all inventories and set up/pack up EOS
- Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management
- Some heavy lifting of over 30 pounds
- Scheduled shifts require standing for a minimum of eight hours
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
- Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
- Passion for the fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond the extra mile
- Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
- Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekends (rotation basis)
