About the Role
Supporting Global Finance Team and reporting indirectly to Global Head of Finance, this role will be responsible for supporting our business expansion and finance operation, in collaboration with GUAVA team members around the world.
Key Responsibilities
· Support preparation and execution of finance and accounting processes
· Support international projects and initiatives analysis, engagement, and results of the region, business unit and function level on a scheduled basis
· Identifies areas for improvement in data tracking, metrics, and intelligence gathering to ensure that data is accurate, automated and timely available
· Perform investigation into anomalies and trends, derive insights and present outputs and recommendations
· Utilize multiple data sets and sources to develop metrics, reports and financial dashboards
· Ability to think creatively and provide solutions for process efficiency improvement
· Working collaboratively with GUAVA team members around the world
