Position : Sales Executive - HVAC Systems (Training Provided)
Location : Vertex Ubi (Ubi MRT - Blue Line)
Working hours : Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Insurance + Travel Claims (If Travel Outside)

Main Responsibilities:
To manage the existing customer base and develop new customers.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Meeting with customers alongside managers, supporting sales managers and operations managers, handling sales inquiries, and preparing catalogues.
Prepare sales and delivery orders, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required.
Solve customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues.
Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Commercial sales experience
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
